About the Position We are an established fireplace service and repair company serving the Denver metro area, and we are looking for an experienced Fireplace Service Technician to join our team. This is a hands-on position working directly with homeowners to diagnose, service, repair, and maintain residential fireplaces and related equipment. We are looking for someone who takes pride in their work, is comfortable working independently, has strong mechanical troubleshooting skills, and understands the importance of providing excellent customer service. Fireplace industry experience is strongly preferred. Candidates with HVAC, plumbing, gas appliance, appliance repair, or other related residential service experience may also be considered. Responsibilities Diagnose and troubleshoot residential fireplace and gas appliance problems Perform service, repairs, maintenance, and safety inspections Work with gas, electrical, mechanical, and venting components Identify problems and determine appropriate repair solutions Explain findings and recommended repairs clearly to homeowners Complete service calls safely, professionally, and efficiently Maintain accurate service documentation Keep the company vehicle, tools, and equipment clean and organized Follow company safety procedures and manufacturer requirements Represent the company professionally while working in customers’ homes What We’re Looking For Previous fireplace service and repair experience preferred HVAC, plumbing, gas appliance, appliance repair, or similar experience is a plus Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to diagnose problems and determine appropriate solutions Professional appearance and demeanor Excellent communication and customer-service skills Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule Dependable, punctual, and detail-oriented Comfortable working in residential homes and confined or difficult-to-access areas Valid driver’s license Clean driving record required Successful criminal background check required What We Provide Starting salary of $65,000+ per year Company-paid health insurance Company service truck Paid vacation Paid holidays Ongoing training and technical support Year-round, full-time employment Opportunity for long-term advancement Why Join Us?
