Modern ember 2-year limited warranty: modern ember warrants to the original purchaser that its electric fireplaces are free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for two (2) years from the date of purchase. We will provide replacement parts or reimburse verified repair costs based on industry labor rates. Replacement parts are covered for the remainder of the original warranty or 90 days, whichever is longer. Warranty applies only to products from authorized dealers and installed per provided guidelines. Excludes damage from misuse, improper installation, cosmetic wear, shipping, environmental exposure, or unauthorized parts. Non-transferable and requires proof of purchase.
