Comfortable talking to homeowners and asking questions Motivated by results and earning potential Reliable, coachable, and solution-oriented Physically able to work on roofs and ladders Valid driver’s license & insurable driving record Sales, customer service, or trades experience is a plus but not required if you have drive and great communication skills.
