Experience is necessary! Certification preferred. The right applicant must be: – at least 18 years old – in possession of a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation – able to climb ladders and work on roofs – willing to work hard and get dirty – able to lift 80 lbs – able to pass a drug test and background check This is a full-time, year-round position. We pay $20+ an hour, depending on experience, with tons of opportunity for raises and advancement depending on your ability to train and learn. After 6 months you will be eligible for paid holidays, paid vacation, health and dental insurance, and more! When most people hear “chimneys” they think Mary Poppins. But in truth, we do much more than just sweep chimneys. We repair, install, build, and maintain them, too! If you have experience in roofing, construction, electrical, hvac, or many other trades, you will fit right in. This is an incredibly rewarding job. The view, duties, and scope of work change daily. We work mostly outside, on roofs, in fireplaces and basements. This is a dirty job, but we have a lot of fun doing it. We pride ourselves on quality, reputation, and culture.
