Learn a specialized trade. We will provide the necessary experiential and factory training and assist you in obtaining industry licenses. The successful candidate will be a self starter, reliable, a quick learner, have good mechanical and communications skills, a stable work history and a good driving record and pass a background check. Candidate must be a team player, customer focused and a “whatever it takes to make it right” mindset. This is YEAR ROUND employment. Fireplace Installer/Construction (2 yrs exp req) Responsibilities and Duties As part of 2 member installation crew, install hearth & patio products on customer site Ensure that assigned jobs are done professionally and safely Maintain communication with customers and direct manager Work with team member smoothly and cooperatively to ensure efficient work flow and customer satisfaction Maintain equipment and vehicles professionally Maintain safe working habits at all times Qualifications of successful candidate will have working experience in any of the following: construction skills roofing framing HVAC gas electric Problem solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot Capable of lifting 80+ pounds Has a good driving record Pass a background check Is organized and goal focused Able to read and understand installation instructions and manuals Comfortable on roofs and ladders Familiar with hand tools and hand-held power tools Able to work Saturdays during our busy season (Sept-Feb) Benefits: 401k plan with matching Paid vacation and personal days Annual Bonuses Medical Insurance is available Dental insurance is available Vision insurance is available Paid Holidays Job Type: Full-time’ ‘ Benefit Conditions: Waiting period may apply Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 – $25.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Employee discount Health insurance Paid time off Vision insurance Application Question(s): Willing to work on roofs (25% of jobs)?
