Position Overview We’re looking for a motivated Chimney Technician to perform inspections, cleanings, and small repairs — and to help customers choose the best repair and upgrade options for their homes. This position combines hands-on service work with sales and customer education, giving you control over your earnings. Responsibilities Perform chimney and fireplace inspections and cleanings. Identify repair or safety issues and explain solutions to customers. Close sales on chimney repairs, rebuilds, and upgrades. Complete light masonry or venting work as needed. Deliver outstanding customer service and maintain a professional appearance. Follow safety protocols and company standards. Qualifications Experience in chimney, HVAC, masonry, gas plumbing, construction, or home service trades preferred. Confident communicator who enjoys helping customers and closing sales. Strong work ethic and attention to detail. Comfortable working on roofs and using ladders. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record. What We Offer Starting pay around $4,000/month (base + commission). Uncapped earning potential – top performers make $6K–$10K+ monthly. Paid training days – learn while you earn!
