Hearth & Outdoor Living Specialty Retail Are you an experienced salesperson who enjoys helping customers find the right solution? Do you thrive in a consultative sales environment where every project is different? If so, we’d love to hear from you. We’re looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our team. This is a proactive sales role focused on building relationships, generating new business, and delivering an exceptional customer experience. Responsibilities Consult with walk-in customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products. Respond to and manage online sales inquiries and leads. Develop relationships with commercial clients, including: Contractors Architects Interior Designers Assist with social media content and customer engagement. Maintain and update our Facebook Marketplace and other online product listings. Follow up with prospective customers and nurture new business opportunities. Stay current on our product offerings and provide recommendations from both a technical and value-based perspective. What We’re Looking For Proven sales experience with a strong customer-first approach. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple customers and projects. Comfortable learning technical products and becoming a trusted product expert. Experience in the hearth, fireplace, grill, or outdoor living industry is a significant advantage—but we’re happy to train the right candidate on our products. Compensation Compensation is competitive and based on experience.
