Cozy Fireplace Space is seeking a motivated Fireplace Sales Consultant to help customers find the perfect fireplace, stove, or heating solution for their homes. You’ll work closely with homeowners, builders, designers, and contractors, providing expert product recommendations while delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Responsibilities
- Welcome customers in the showroom and understand their needs.
- Recommend gas, electric, wood-burning, and outdoor fireplaces.
- Explain product features, efficiency ratings, installation options, and safety requirements.
- Prepare product quotes and sales proposals.
- Coordinate with installation teams to ensure successful project completion.
- Maintain product knowledge on the latest fireplace technologies and brands.
- Follow up with customers throughout the sales process.
- Achieve individual and team sales goals.
- Build relationships with homeowners, contractors, builders, architects, and interior designers.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM software.
Qualifications
- Previous retail or sales experience preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Passion for home improvement and interior design.
- Ability to learn technical product information.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Computer proficiency with CRM and Microsoft Office.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Valid driver’s license is a plus.
