Job Overview
Cozy Fireplace Space is looking for a reliable and organized Warehouse Associate to support our growing operations. In this role, you’ll receive, inspect, organize, and prepare fireplaces, fireplace inserts, stoves, mantels, accessories, and installation materials for delivery and installation. Your attention to detail will help ensure our customers receive the right products on time and in excellent condition.

Responsibilities
- Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments.
- Organize and store fireplaces, stoves, mantels, and accessories.
- Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders for delivery or installation.
- Load and unload delivery vehicles safely.
- Maintain accurate inventory records.
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment (training provided if required).
- Perform regular inventory counts and stock replenishment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist installation teams by preparing materials and equipment.
- Follow all company safety procedures and warehouse standards.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse or inventory experience is a plus.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management.
- Forklift certification is a plus but not required.
