This is a physical, hands-on trade: measuring, framing, running venting, connecting gas or electrical service, and confirming the finished unit performs correctly before you leave — not a design or sales role.

This course covers the installation-specific sequence: site assessment and measuring before any material is cut, clearance and hearth requirements applied at rough-in (not discovered after drywall), venting assembly done to the manufacturer’s exact specification, and a genuine commissioning process confirming the unit actually works correctly before handover — not just that it’s physically in place. You’ll finish able to take a product from its box to a working, code-compliant, documented installation.
